Was nervous this wouldn’t get the job done but it did. Had my car in storage for 9 months and assumed the battery would be dead, which it was. Used this on the completely dead battery and it started instantly. I had to drive around a bit on short trips immediately after jumping it and obviously the battery hadn’t charged yet from the alternator but I whipped this thing out and it started my 2001 Toyota 4Runner 5 more times on one charge. For the price this thing is awesome.
Jump starts my vehicle sometimes works, sometimes drains from 100 to empty and does not even crank over engine. Wish I would have bought one of the bigger models with more cranking amps. If thinking of this get a bigger model if you have a v8 of any size.

This is my second purchase I’m really impressed by it. It’s small in size but powerful. It’s a good thing that it’s a compact jump start because it fits right in my glove department of my car. Powerful and cheep
I have several vehicles and don’t drive them as often as I need to in order to keep the batteries well charged. I’ve tried other jump starters and not had good luck. I found this one during a flash sale for a little over $30 and thought what the heck let’s give it a try. When it arrived it was about -20 outside so I figured there was little to no chance it would start any of my vehicles. I was very surprised that it actually worked and started a truck with a semi dead battery. I recharged the unit and decided to really put it to the test. I hooked it up to a car that I knew the battery was dead (and I mean Regan era battery dead). I can testify that this unit is not a miracle worker. It unfortunately could not start that dead of a battery in that cold of weather. Fast forward a few weeks and we had a “heat wave” of 25 degree temperatures. I figured what the heck why not try it one more time. This thing surprised me and not only started the car but also started the truck and still had half a charge left! If you are questioning getting this, don’t. I’m absolutely amazed with what it can do so much so that I plan on buying a second one.

It jumps a completely dead battery
I was trying to diagnose a parasitic drain for one of my vehicles. I was sick of jumping it the old fashioned way, so I bought this with zero expectations. On first use, with a completely dead battery, no dome light or anything, this thing started it right up. I was incredibly surprised. The second time, this pack gave me about 4 tries before needing a recharge and all of them failed. The third and final time I had to use this (before fixing the issue) I turned the ignition on, letting all the lights and whatnot turn on, waited 30 seconds, then started the vehicle. It worked perfectly again that time, so maybe waiting a few seconds is the trick? I have yet to try it a fourth time. It does take several hours to charge though, so keep that in mind.

I bought this for what it says it will do. But when I needed to use it to start my 2014 Ford Flex, at a full charge it would turn the engine over even one time! Plus it takes about 8 hours to charge it from a wall outlet. And 3 hours from the car’s utility outlet. It works great for charging phones, flashlights, etc… But it wouldn’t start my V-6 engine.

Considering the price i paid, i was skeptical of how well this was going to work. I pulled it out of the box and it said it was charged 75%. Once I put it on our 2005 Nissan Xterra, it showed at 50%. The car had a completely bad battery with no power at all. Once i pushed the “boost” button, i was able to start the car without any issue. Very pleased with the purchase.

Junk, Doesn’t work. Do not buy.
Product is junk and impossible to use. When you connect it, you have to press the BOOST button for it to actually work, and then you have 3 seconds to get in the car, press the brake and turn the key. Impossible. The ONLY way to make it work is to have a second person press the button while you’re in the car. The charge meter is equally useless. Shows a 100% charge after 20 minutes, but then actually attempting to use it shows a 25% charge. Because you can’t actually start the car because of the previous mentioned issue. If you try to charge it, it will again show a fake charge amount. It shows 50%, but disconnect and reconnect it to the charger showed 75%. Recharges with a USB-C cable and not a wall outlet.
