Product is great but Amazon shipping and customer support is horrible!
This product has been good so far. This is my second unit purchase. AstroAI has always had good products. What I do not like is Amazon’s new shipping. Any time you get a TBA starting the tracking number, you can guarantee the package will be at least 2 days lat over projected date. Whereas the check and balance on their new shipping? Amazon appears to see us as numbers and customer service is horrible. Time to find another company who wants the business more than Amazon. Time to cancel prime membership and move on.

The compact size allows it to fit in the center console of my vehicles. So far I have used it to start an 8 cylinder truck and a 6 cylinder suv that had left headlights on and run down batteries to about 6 volts. Worked immediately. How could something so small pack such a punch? I don’t know! But it does! I tried to jump a car after 30 minutes connected to my battery. It barely clicked. Bought this battery and in 30 seconds the car was running!

As a single person, I don’t always have someone to depend on to help me with car troubles. Recently battery died and I purchased this. First of all, it came fast, a day or two after purchasing. Second, instructions are easy to understand, charging the unit didn’t take long and most importantly, it worked, car is running as I write this! Although I just got it and haven’t tried using it as a power bank for charging devices, that will come in handy the next time there’s a power outage and my phone battery is dying! Overall very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to friends and strangers alike!

Great 60 sale price for this size. Specs say 6 Ah @ 14.8V (88Wh) which is comparable to a large 20V drill battery. The temperature spec say operating 4-122F and charging 32-131F. It should be taken out of the car in below 0 weather or risk damage. It also says not to use it below 3 bars or 75%. The output is 900A for 1 sec or 500A for 3 sec. I have to assume it can do that at cold temperatures too. It is hefty compared to my old 33Wh one that started to bulge and didn’t hold a charge like it used to. The storage bag seems fine and it did come with a USB-C charger and 12V socket that should work with a small tire pump or radio.

I actually purchased two of these devices because the 1st one I bought was a smaller model for around 20$. They have built in flashlights, charging ports for USB devices, and will provide both power to my motorcycle (which is required to move it at all) if the battery is low/dead. It has strong enough cranking power to start a car, so my motorcycle will easily start with them. The larger modle will likely start a semi-truck, depending on the cranking amp requirements. When on sale, definitely worth every penny. Even if you don’t need to jump your battery off, it’s great for emergencies, and doesn’t put your own battery at risk by using standard jumping cables. Plus, with the capacity, they work great for charging any device.

I have not used it yet but it looks very heavy duty. The only thing I can complain about is at that price, you’d think it would come WITH a hard shell case. It only came with a flimsy nylon bag with a pull string to put everything in. That’s cheap of you, boys. Very cheap.

It won’t start the diesel JD tractor. It turns over for a second and cuts out. After a couple tries, the negative lead started to smoke. The Noco gbx155 starts it no trouble.

Most new chargers have government mandated“safety” requirements that prohibit them from starting charging unless they read the right polarity. A completely discharged battery will not start a new charger. Not only does this thing jump off without all that foolishness, but I have hooked up a new charger to a stone-dead battery and then hit it with this booster, and it started the charger so I could give in a nice slow charge. My son tells me most batteries are never stone dead and this is not an issue. Almost without fail, the dead batteries I encounter will not start one of the new government designed chargers. I love this thing!

Great for dead battery
Ordered this unit on sale on a Sunday afternoon and it was on my porch Monday morning free overnight delivery. It was 3/4 charged so I charged it for maybe an hour and used it right away to start my Ram CV Three weeks later I used it to start my wife’s dead Subaru and it was still charged full. I like this better than a battery charger or jumper cables and it is small and portable. There are probably other units like this that work just as well. I recommend getting something like this and I am very happy with this one.
