Great cheap inverter
I haven’t tested if this can truely output 450w continuously nor how clean the sine wave is. This is basically overkill for my needs of around 200w, but it was actually cheaper than other lower rated inverters and has more features. I bought a couple other 300-500w inverters on Amazon that were $70+, they all didn’t have temp sensor relayed cooling fan functions (they all had fans that would constantly run, no matter the temps) which is a critical req for my needs. I was very surprised that this unit is less than half the cost of the others I tried with 2x the features. I have an older laptop that is fairly sensitive to dirty ac wave lengths and was able to operate just fine with this inverter. The only con I found with this is that the max output of the USBC port that is supposed to output a max of 30w will only output 20w consistantly and temp peaked for a few seconds at 23w. Other issue is that you can’t switch the status LCD info, it randomly shows the battery input voltage, AMP usage and temp. Despite the minor cons this is a great inverter for the price.

I was pretty excited to try this product out seeing that it was 1000 watts that had a cigarette charger. Plugged it into my truck and went on a test drive. Seemed to do okay but once I shut the truck off and it went into Lo mode or whatever it never came back on. When I tried turning it back on it popped my 20A fuse, that was in my truck, not once but twice. I checked the fuses on the inverter and they did not pop. So I had to go to the auto store purchase replacement fuses at $15. Now this $62 product has cost me a total of $75. I replaced the fuses in my truck re-read the instructions and tried all over again, once last time in hopes things would change. They did not. Now it won’t even come on. This product is now a very expensive $75 paperweight. I would not wish this product on my worst enemy and will be returning this product. If I could give it a -1 star I would for costing me additional money and the possibility of messing up my truck. Terrible, terrible, terrible product. I can understand now why it was on sale and they were trying to move all their overstock. Again I will not recommend this product unless you want to be frustrated and unhappy like me.

Loved this little gadget when I had it!
I’ll tell you, before I sold this, I really enjoyed it! It does get hot if you put a big load on it for an extended period, but other than that, it still holds up strong with no fuse blowing! Going to get another one soon! 5*’s!

The plug on mine broke
The wire for you to plug it into the trucks 12v socket came barely together before falling apart I guess I can still hook it to the battery but be nice to be able to plug it inside the truck that’s my 3 stars

It stopped working after two uses
I wish I had read the reviews more thoroughly, that was my fault. Please do not but this product. I purchased it for my dad and he only got two uses out of it. The third time he tried using, it was not working. He left it charging for a whole night and it would not hold up the battery. I wish I had been able to return it.

Great Product
Works as intended. I have it wired up in my work van and I have it charging all my power tools and even using my microwave for lunch. the provided wire is short and pretty much useless but the inverter itself is good!

Anything above 14V (source) power, it didn’t power.
If you’re not familiar with electrical systems, the manual for this inverter might be a bit of a challenge to follow. That said, it’s pretty straightforward and includes all the specs you’ll need. Speaking as an engineer who’s written these kinds of manuals before, I get how tricky they can be. As for the inverter itself, I can’t say for sure how well it’ll perform yet—I got it as a backup plan. Tested the items I’ll need for warmth 👍 My idea is to use my car as a makeshift generator to power a heater and a humidifier in case Houston gets hit with another freeze (in 2025). Better safe than sorry, right? 4 Star only because of the instruction manual.

I waited for replacement product and the the LED light don’t come all on. Than later nothing. This causing a delay of my time and my project. Defective project Dr it connected to a brand new battery.

I’ve had this inverter for almost a year and a half. To sum up the pros and cons: Pros: -very convenient for traveling -has a 12v plug (cigarette lighter plug) in case your car only has one. This is nice if you have a radar detector or dash cam -has 2 plug ins that I use to fast charge my phone, iPad, and accessories -my favorite feature is that it can support a hair straightener. Great for those who are always on the go, running late, or just need a mid day touch up! Cons: -literally the only con is that I’ve had to fix this thing at least 7-8 times, because the wires end up breaking. This isn’t difficult, but it’s a nuisance when you need to use it and have to go to get supplies to fix it. I’ve repaired LOTS of wiring, on various appliances and cords, and never had anything keep snagging. I’ve used shrink wraps, and reinforced them with electrical tape, but due to the design the wires continue to break right at the base. If you have the ability to mount it, I would recommend it! I drive a sedan, so there’s really no place to, and it’s too big to fit in my middle console. I’ve also tried mounting it with tape on Velcro and double sided tape, but it’s too heavy. So it sits in my floor board. Hope this helps!

Disappointed
I bought this product because the appearance and the reviews say that it is good. I connected a battery charger. It is a 500 W charger. The inverter overheats and shuts down. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, let it cool down,Try a couple of times more But is still shutting off. I returned it.

This device is not rated for even half of its stated wattage capacity. It could not handle continuous usage under 300 watts on a week long trip. Needless to say the smoke was let out of the machine and now it’s useless.
