Doesn’t charge well via solar panel – what’s the point?
I want to love this charger. I was excited to receive it because I wanted a way to charge multiple devices while traveling off the grid. The solar charging is abysmal, however. While I’ve not had the device outside in direct sunlight, I have had it sitting in a bright window for *days*. I know it is charging because I see the green light on but when I check the battery, it never goes beyond 1 blue light and I can charge my phone for maybe 5 minutes. That defeats the purpose of having the charger, in my opinion. I don’t want to have to remember to charge it with a cable before I head out. I do that to all my devices already. The point of the solar charger was to be able to recharge when not near an electrical source, but that doesn’t seem possible. This is disappointing.

This charger lasted for maybe 4 phone charges. I’ve had it for the past 3 months, and haven’t needed it until this past week, so I’d assumed it was fully charged, since I’ve been putting it in the sun for hours at a time. The tiny instruction manual is suspiciously lacking in details about what it looks like when it’s being solar-charged. It’s impossible to tell if it’s actually charging while in the sun, or afterwards. The photo shows that it only gets to 2 blue lights of charge, even though I’ve had it plugged in to a power source for several hours. I’m writing this to prevent others from wasting money on this scam!

If you charge this battery by outlet it’s fine. But I’ve had it in a sunny window for 2 weeks and it won’t charge up. I started it on 3 blue dots there are only 4 and not a move towards 4 at all Nothing!! If you don’t need the solar panel to charge it then fine otherwise it’s nothing more than a brick battery.

No fast charge with built in cables
What the f… you only get fast charge if you plug in an external cable. The built in cable does not offer it which is a shame. Would’ve liked this thing so much more. Other than that, I’ve had it for about a week now… seems to be rugged and functional. Just disappointingly so.

I’ve had this charger for less than two months. Keep it dry, works like a charm for hours! Get it wet, it dies. I wanted to test the solar panels, so I left it outside to charge It rained, and now the charger won’t charge my phone. What the heck?! It wasn’t in a bowl or puddle, it was flat on a railing. It retained water. I drained the water, gave it two days to dry, plugged it in to charge (the lights indicated it was charging), plugged it into my phone, and nothing! Seriously, what the heck?!
