My Vaccum no longer works I bought it in January 2025,

Great product! Lightweight and holds the charge well. Easy to empty after each use.

This is my second one. Had the last one 3 years and it was used daily. It was loosing suction power so ordered a new one. This one is identical….LOVE IT! Works great! Easy to clean.

It stopped charging after 2 weeks of use. We cleaned and trouble shooted the issue but were not able to fix the power issue.

This is heavy vacuum considering how it is presented. The most negative is a battery that has a short life, the booklet says max is 17 minutes. Our house is not terribly large but we can’t clean the hard woods and carpet without charging the maching and that takes quite while. If I had known what I know about the machine I never would have bought it.

This vacuum works great when you don’t have to clean clogs from the hose. It would be easier to clean if there is a clean out port at the base of the vacuum.

Second vacumn I have bought. First one lasted 3 years until it started acting up. Light starts blinking and motor stops turning for brush. Thought it was just old. Bought vacumn a month ago and now it’s doing the same thing! Cleaned it out..cleaned brush and did not work. So frustrating! Too late to return too. Don’t buy!

So disappointing… beater bar stopped work working

Had for less then 6 months and it’s already broke.
