After about two years of use, I have taken the device offline due to privacy concerns and the constant maintenance to keep it working. I have never in my life had to clean my vacuum so frequently as I do with these robot gadgets. All I am getting now is little piles of dust everywhere. I am sticking to my Dyson Cordless Vacuum which only needs a filter cleaning about once every 6 months at most.

It worked well for months then started giving me error message about side brush getting stuck. I cleaned the side brush and even replaced it but still giving me same error and the robot doesn’t work. And there is no warranty or way of contacting anyone to get help on this.

Love this robot vacuum. Great with long haired dog and two small kiddos messes! One less thing to worry about! Highly recommend.

Horrible product! It won’t stay charged & does not pick up well. It will not start to clean on schedule & does not hold any battery power long enough to clean a few rooms. I would not recommend. We had a Roomba before. This was a gift for me & I really wish they had purchased the Roomba.

We have 2 Labradors who shed. Despite brushing them weekly and vacuuming with a regular vacuum once a week, the pet hair winds around the rollers easily & then the unit stops working. I’ve only had it complete a few runs because the brush roller gets stuck & the unit stops moving. I’ve already replaced the brush rollers and I’ve only had it 2 months.

If I could give this vacuum 10 stars I would!!! I have four dogs and a long haired cat. My house always felt dirty and hair was always everywhere. I dreaded vacuuming because I would have to repeat areas so much, it took forever!! I bought this months ago but for reasons I won’t go into I just started using it a week ago. I ran it 3 times for the first few days and every time it picked up sooooo much!! I’ve been running it two to three times a day for a week now. I did not map anything because I am changing the room soon and will map it then. But just going on its own it gets everywhere thoroughly! Because I don’t have it mapped it does areas multiple times sometimes and sometimes it makes it rounds and then docks itself. Did I mention it’s amazing! It knows how to get itself unstuck (I’ve had it happen once where it got so stuck it died trying to get out) other than that it always gets out. It goes around places and objects. Its suction is great! I have carpet and hard floors and it has NO trouble getting to and from each flooring. I LOVE THIS VACUUM! Everyone needs one! It’s great quality!

Worked great for the first 6 or 8 months. Now it won’t work at all. It starts and then immediately gives an error that the brush roll is stuck. But it’s not. I’ve tried multiple times to take it apart and clean everything out. Nothing is stuck in the brush! When I try to get “support” on the app, I can’t find the correct model from the options so I can’t go any further. Very frustrated! Too much money to spend on something that only worked for 6 months!

I purchased this Shark robot vacuum several years ago about 4 or 5. It worked great then and it still works great now. It was easy to set up and I have a schedule set up in it’s App on my smartphone. It cleans my whole house 5 days a week. After the initial mapping you can set no go zones in the app to customize its cleaning area to you needs. The zones are easily changed or deleted so it is very flexible. The vacuum has get suction, and successfully maneuver around furniture to do an excellent job of cleaning. While it is not overly quiet neither is it really loud. It will do spot cleaning or cleaning just 1 or 2 rooms. It is totally customizable. The durability is obviously fantastic judging from the length of time this vacuum has been doing the job. You can also operate the vacuum manually by using the buttons on the vacuum. I clean it once a week and replace the filters, brushes, and rollers twice a year. 5 stars for sure!

Garbage. It would make it about 1 ft before throwing an error code. No obstructions and not issues with the wheels/rollers. It is just junk. Edit: Shark Customer Service is excellent. They sent out a replacement right away.
