Got it to help with dog hair in between vacuum days and it gets stuck in the same spot and leaves piles of dog hair everywhere even after emptying it

I have an off brand auto vacuum that works better than this one and doesn’t get stuck near as much.

Impossible to pair with phone app. After looking online it is a known issue. I’m not sure why they even call it a feature. It’s very important for me and not possible so I’m returning and going with another brand.

CLEANS GREAT, DID NOT LAST VERY LONG

Like another reviewer said, great cleaning sidekick!!😊

It’s loud and bumps into everything. I might return it. I thought shark was a good brand. I am disappointed

A few years ago, I decided to surprise my daughter-in-law with the Shark AV752 ION Robot Vacuum as a gift, and let me tell you, it’s been a total hit! She absolutely loves it, and I’ve become the hero of gift-giving in the family. This little machine has been tirelessly keeping her home spotless with its impressive Tri-Brush System that tackles everything from pet hair to crumbs on both carpets and hard floors. She’s always raving about how easy it is to control with the SharkClean app or just by telling Alexa to get it going—hands-free cleaning at its finest! With a 120-minute runtime, it powers through her whole downstairs without breaking a sweat. It’s been a game-changer for her busy life, and I’m thrilled I picked such a winner. Pros: • The Tri-Brush System is a beast—sweeps up debris from every surface effortlessly. • Wi-Fi and Alexa compatibility make it super convenient, especially for a tech-savvy household. • 120-minute runtime means it covers a lot of ground in one go. • Cliff sensors keep it from tumbling down stairs or banging into furniture. • She says it’s reliable and still going strong after years of use! Cons: • It can be a bit noisy on the highest setting, so she usually runs it when she’s out of the house. • The dustbin needs frequent emptying if you’ve got pets or a lot of mess, but it’s a small price to pay. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase—it’s practical, thoughtful, and has made my daughter-in-law’s life so much easier. If you’re looking for a gift (or a treat for yourself), the Shark AV752 is a five-star choice all the way!

Great vacuum. I don’t use it as my main vacuum but is great for quick clean ups. Definitely worth the money. The only con is that it doesn’t come with magnetic strips to put down so you can keep it in designated area. The magnetic strips can be purchased separately. Make sure you get the ones that are compatible with this model.

This is my 3rd Shark robot vacuum and I’m disappointed. 1st got old and quit working, 2nd I sold before we moved. This one bumps into everything and misses large areas. It takes 30 min+ to find the dock when finished cleaning. Does NOT come with magnetic strip. The noise level is acceptable. And it cleans maybe 90% of the floor space. It sounds like this one only lasts about 2 years so I’ll keep up and start researching a better model or manufacturer.

It’s flimsily made, rattles when it bumps into things, has flimsy plastic parts that when removed for cleaning don’t always go back into place easily. My Shark Ion Robot vacuum from 2017, whose battery is wearing out after years of heavy use and dog hair, still vacuums edges, corners and wood floors more thoroughly than this newer model Shark AV752 ION Robot Vacuum, Tri-Brush System. This new one is better than nothing, but I’m sorry I purchased it. The Shark quality really went down. I wish I could still purchase a Shark vacuum like my old one from 2017.
