So I got this a little over a month ago, as it had great reviews. Upon receiving it I placed on charge. Once full I put it away. Went to use it yesterday and went from full to empty while using flashlight in 20 seconds. Places back on charge thinking a month was to long to sit between charges and after 7 hours it’s on 1 bar looks like I missed return window so I’ll keep it charging and update my review if things change.

I bought this for my husband to charge/jump our vehicle. Shortly after we got it he was trying to jump start our vehicle. The Portable Jump Starter would not work and did not jump the vehicle. I contacted Joe by email stating our issue. He requested I email a short video showing what is going on with the power supply. I did not get a response after sending the video. I emailed him back again asking wether or not we will be getting a refund or an exchange and I still have not heard anything back. We are very disappointed that we have not been able to get a response or a remedy to fix this situation.

It finally comes in handy on my new car, the 2024 Toyota Sienna! There has been heavy snow and cold weather in New York in the past few years. When I got out of the car, I was in a hurry and forgot to turn off the lights in the car. As a result, I couldn’t open the car door two days later. I could only use the mechanical key to open the door. I tried to use this starter power supply and it was very strange. As soon as the stick is connected, the vehicle can be started immediately! Must recommend!

I bought this jump start battery for my sedan sonata in the summer for the event that my car didn’t turn on one day and that day came in the autumn. I charged this battery the first day I got it and left it inside my car’s trunk since then. This battery was powerful enough to give enough charge to my car’s battery to move the car enough when the alternator was not working. I’ll recommend it to everyone who has a car. You never know when is your turn or when you can help someone without having to connect your car battery to another car. Also, it doesn’t take a lot of space compared to the long jumpstart cables. It can also charge phones and other devices, and the bonus is it has a light for night time use, or for safety situations – the light even strobes if need be. It can also save you money and time. These small car jump starters are a marvel of new technology, and I absolutely love them. I mainly got it to jump some project vehicles and also to have it on hand in the event that I come across anyone strand on the road. This is my second one, the first one wasn’t this brand, and sat in my car for over 2 years through heat and cold. Don’t do that. I went to charge it before a road trip and it was dead. Couldn’t charge. Clearly, these battery jumper starters need to be cycled and recharged periodically to stay fresh. So, I recommend on matter which one you get, make sure to cycle it and then recharge it. That way, it lasts longer. This is a great size and has jumped a strangers car at a gas station, twice. I love the flashlight feature. I love the size. My daily driver is a 2021 pickup truck, and I didn’t expect the battery to die so quickly. I woke up to a dead battery before heading the 80+ miles back to civilization. I had a few slow-start situations the day before, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I’m really glad I had this thing in my truck. I connected it up to the battery, and the truck started right up. Took the power from 100% down to 62%, but the startup was instant. I don’t go anywhere without it. Especially when I am miles and miles from cell serviceand humanity. These things are just fantastic. Highly recommended.
