This speaker is amazing
I don’t write reviews but this thing deserves my time. The sound is as good as you can get for the size, it has a good battery life and is easy to connect. The durability is the most amazing part. Last week, it fell 6 feet from where I had stupidly balanced it on top of the shower door. It hit hard on the tile floor, bounced twice and settled, half submerged on the floor of the shower. The speaker has only a little scratch and it didn’t miss a beat (see what I did there?). Eleven stars.

again, super cute and the sound is good…almost great. am listening to it out-of-the-box about 5-minutes and plugged up to charge. it came with an orange charging cord (wth seller?!????) but it should have been a white cord. This is my second JBL speaker and I can say without a doubt this speaker is absolutely great for small spaces. I use it in my bathroom and love it. Unlike my other JBL speaker this isn’t good for bigger rooms like a bedroom. And unlike the other one the battery doesn’t last long.

I use it at my desk at work, pop it in my suitcase and use in hotel rooms, at the beach and on the go and it never lets me down. For work it has a low enough tone to not be heard outside my office, but has good pipes when you want to punch up the volume. This is my favorite portable go to speaker. Quite strong for a small item!
My boss told me about this item and recommended it to me. I sing and I needed something to play the background music to my vocals. This is a pretty powerful box. The charge doesn’t last forever so you have to keep it charged often. Great for use with an Ipad or cell phone to play music.

Reeks of formaldehyde
It smelled so bad when I opened the package, like formaldehyde. The quality is also significantly worse compared to the same model I bought 4 years ago. When I compare them side by side there’s no comparison. The old one has a rich bass and feels super high quality, the new one I just got from Amazon smells aweful and can’t even match the same level of sound. JBL should be ashamed to have ruined such an amazing product and for potentially exposing their loyal customers to carcinogenic chemicals.

My go to speaker
I have had this speaker for 4 years now and it is so reliable. The battery life is really good and i love that it’s waterproof because i can bring it to the beach on have it in the shower, I am also very accident prone so if there is a spill i do not have to worry. I have collected a lot of stains on mine after the years so i do need to find a way to clean it. I love how small and portable it is i can fit it in my smallest purse and bring it anywhere. The quality of the sound is really good too for a small group or large group. Would definitely buy this for a friend or family member as a nice gift.

I haven’t had the speaker for very long so I can’t comment on longevity at this point. But the speaker has great sound quality and volume for being so small. I like how compact it is. Super easy to connect to your phone. I had no issues whatsoever. It being waterproof is a bonus. I’d say it’s a little on the pricier side but you do get what you pay for and this speaker lives up to the JBL brand name.

This speaker is complete trash. I’ve had it for a while now and it always turns off when I’m using it. It’s not a low battery thing because it dose it plugged in as well. Do yourself a favor and just buy a 10$ cheap one it will work way better.

Bought on April 23rd of this year. Worked great paired with my iPhone until mid November, now it won’t charge. Red light stays on all the time showing it needs to be charged, but it won’t charge. Completely useless. Guess I should have bought the extended warranty.

Unreliable product
This product failed almost immediately after buying it — it locked up with no functions, and no way to recharge, or reset the device. We had a warranty replacment after a long process with JBL, and the 2nd one failed after only 2 uses.

LEGIT Waterproof
Okay purely writing this review based on the fact that about 2 hours having opened this speaker up and was using it at the pool, my friend accidentally bumped it in the water where we were all sitting. When I say the music (for obvious reasons) stopped after it went under, fully submerged might I add and no one rushed to grab it immediately as no one realized at first smh lol but right as soon as we pulled it out the music started playing back right after as if nothing happened. Everyone sat there speechless because WHAT. LOL. never in my life, even when things say they’re “waterproof” 8/10 times they never are. So least to say we were all impressed. Overall I wish the sound and base was slightly louder on the speaker, HOWEVER, it’s literally so tiny and compact the sound that it does provide is definitely solid for the size and durability of the product. Imma keep her cuz she does what she need to do and I could literally throw her in my purse if I needed! My kind of speaker!
