Cambio puntaje porque el servicio desde la empresa ha sido muy bueno. Me están enviando un reemplazo del producto. Gracias. Inservible. La batería no dura ni 15 minutos, ahí vuelve a cargar por horas y recomienza de cero. Y así nunca termina. Cuando sale hecha dos o tres cúmulos de pelusa, al final ensucia más de lo que ayuda. Muy decepcionada.

Do not buy this! It stopped working for me before I even finished paying for it- after buying it with my credit card. The vacuum somehow stopped connecting to the charger and only ever did a semi-decent job cleaning. I contacted the manufacturer, but they were not much help. Save your time and money & get something e!se!

I have a doxie mix who sheds like crazy. Black fur is always everywhere. I took a chance on a used like new Roomba, and it has been wonderful. It works great at keeping my floors more clean, and I love that it goes under my platform beds, desks, and other furniture that is hard to reach with a traditional vacuum.

It works fine, but I am pretty upset it doesn’t work with the roomba virtual wall blocker. That was an important feature for me. I will probably put my old one in the needed area and use this one in a smaller room.

The robot never worked. I tried contacting Roomba several times and their only response was that they couldn’t replace it or refund my money because of their policy. I’m so disappointed of Roomba’s and Amazon’s customer service.

I no longer have to sweep

Not sure if this is a one off but it cleaned maybe twice, never found it’s dock and never emptied on its own. We will tr again with different model. Our old roomba works well but it’s showing its age.

Stopped working just over a year after I bought it – which means it was no longer under warranty. Customer support recommended a new battery—which costs half the price of a new vacuum!

A waste of money. I guess it would work if you had no furniture or obstructions for it to go around. Battery doesn’t last long enough to do a small area and it takes several hours to recharge. It picks up small dirt but larger size dirt it just blows/brushes around. I would return it but I no longer have its box.
