These products are amazing if they would last their QC is just horrible I guess? I use it all for jumping cars/trucks and every time it works well for 3-6 months and then just stops working. I gotta find a new product.

The air compressor was my big draw. It did work for topping off tires for a year or two then it totally quit. I’ll put it back on the shelf hoping the jumper box still works. I’m going to try the dedicated DeWalt 20v battery tire inflator. Hoping for better results.

I’ve had this product for about two years, but I’ve only had to use it three times yesterday. I tried to air up my tire and it wouldn’t work. I wrote to dewalt and explain to them how I understand that there is no warranty on this after a year, but I was hoping they would do something at least take a look at it and try and fix it but all I got wasn’t automatic reply saying it’s not covered. They obviously do not care about their customers enough to at least come up with some type of solution. Save your money and buy anything else. You may have it a long time but it’s only good for a few uses. I would give this negative star’s if I could.

This product fails miserably at keeping a charge and the 12 volt function charging port will not charge the battery at all. I can’t believe a company with the reputation of Dewalt won’t answer their “Product Support” phone number that they include in the manual. I bought 3 of these, 2 for my kids and one for me, because of DeWalts reputation but I can assure you this will never happen again with any DeWalt product. The fact that I made repeated calls to their Product Support line that went unanswered is in excusable. 2 of the 3 units have failed so far.
