These products are amazing if they would last their QC is just horrible I guess? I use it all for jumping cars/trucks and every time it works well for 3-6 months and then just stops working. I gotta find a new product.

I would say wait is the biggest drawback however it’s well-made and it does what it’s supposed to do. You just have to make sure that the unit is adequately charged and should be checked once a month to make sure it’s at least 12 V otherwise if you need it in a pinch, it won’t start your car

Ya he tenido otros jumper de otra marca que a mi parecer era mejor. Me lleve por la marca y la mayor capacidad de carga. No traer cable para cargarlo toca comprarlo aparte y el compresor que es lo que mas suelo usar no infla mis llantas, al conectarlo se escucha como le saca el aire a la llanta. Y al encenderlo después de unos segundos se detiene marcando que ya la llanta esta llena. Me a tocado ir a la gasolinera a llenarlas.

I bought this last winter and thank god I didn’t need to use it. I took this thing out of the box and it won’t pump air It just starts and shuts off. Not even trusting it for a jump. Followed all the directions correctly. It’s for emergencies????

Works great i already had to use the compressor to fill up a low tire. You will have to buy a wall charger, and I also bought the car charger. I put them in a small pouch and zip tied it to the handle to keep up with them.

I’ve had this for almost a year now, and I am very impressed. I’ve only jumped one car, with no issues, but I’ve used the air compressor several times. The manual states that the battery is sufficient for 3 out of 4 tires, but I have refilled all 4 of mine every time with a quarter to a half charge of battery left over. The screw-in air hose and the programmable pressure setting make this ideal for drivers who may be less mechanically inclined.

I had one before and it was great.. I ordered this 11 days ago and it still has not shipped and not indication it is coming. Died after a year and a half
After a year and a half it will not hold any charge now. I kept it charged up but after reaching out to customer support they told me the device is pretty specific about charging requirements (charge every 30 days), which were not apparent when I purchased. They said there’s nothing they can do and I now have a very heavy paper weight. (: Literally never used it to jump start my car! I guess it was nice to have for inflating tires but I could have spent $30 to solve that issue. Feels like I got taken advantage of with this product.

Poor technical support for failed air compressor operation
I purchased this combination battery booster/air compressor based on DeWalt’s reputation having replaced a 12 year old version by Stanley. It was used once to jump start a car and 10 times as a tire inflater during the past year. Recently, the air compressor would run without being connected to the tire, and would shut off when attempting to inflate a tire. I turned on the air compressor and put my finger against the charging connection and with very little pressure, the compressor shut off. A call to DeWalt’s technical support line asking if I was doing something wrong or if there was a way to get the pump to work resulted in the technician asking me if I had a receipt and if it was in warranty. Today’s retail receipts are printed on thermal paper and all printing vanishes, so I did not have anything but a blank paper. This is an expensive tool, and I would not recommend wasting your money buying the model DXAEJ14 combo device. Product quality and product support were disappointing.

As a man with many things around the home with tires and batteries, I decided to purchase a jump box. I build homes for a living and use several DeWalt products so I decided why not go with a trusted brand. This thing is great! Airs up tires and cranks vehicles, my side by side, lawnmower, and it goes with me on every fishing trip in my boat. I have used it on many occasions. Great product. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. La pantalla no muestra correctamente los psi, se distorsionan, y es apenas en el primer uso. Lo cargue y lo use si pude llenar de aire los cauchos pero me sale ese error en pantalla. Ademas la batería nunca termina de cargar. No lo recomiendo.
