The inflator portion quit working after 1 1/2 years. The warranty is 1 year and now I know why. I was going to buy another one for a Christmas gift. Not now. Disappointed in Dewalt on this product because everything I bought in the past has been great.

First time I used it to jump start a car I turned it on, display showed voltage, but nothing to the car’s battery. Turned it off and on about a half-dozen times when the switch suddenly began spinning all the way around. The car did start then, but now I can’t turn it off and it constantly beeps. Try driving home on a 6 1/2 hour trip with constant, LOUD beeps…

Loved this thing at first. Until the air stopped working on week three
It works fine pumping up bike tires. It even put 80 psi in one truck tire. But after that, all it did was stall at 69.9 psi and then it actually deflated the tire to 59.9 psi. So instead of being a major convenient, it then became a major inconvenience having to run to a truckstop with a trailer attached to actually reliably inflate tire. This could’ve been such a wonderful time saving convenience, especially when you can set the max PSI And walk away and do other things,, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work.

I encourage you not to store it in your car, especially in very cold or very hot conditions. I gave it a “meh” score because of the way repairs are handled. When the product worked, it’s amazing. But when it didn’t in part to my error and then product error, I felt duped. The customer support was very matter of fact and unyielding as well as a third party (not Dewalt).

All the specs looks right for a Juno starter and an air pump but it is obvious that the air pump and any associated accessories are an afterthought as stowage space of these is very difficult and lacking.

Ok so I bought this back in 2021 only used a handful of timea (lucky me) however I’ve used the air pump on it I’d say about 8 times? Now the air pump is shot it makes noise sounds like it’s pumping air but it’s well it’s not. No real guide on repairs. Up a creek without a paddle. If I had gotten more use out of it I’d be happy but 8 times with the air pump and maybe 2 times boosting my car? I kinda feel cheated.

This product performs as advertised. Have used it to jump start, fill tires, charge car battery. Works well. However about 1 month after warranty expired, on/off switch stopped working. Now can’t turn it off. It will slowly discharge and then requires plug in to recharge. Very frustrating that a small, cheap part prevents this product from getting a 5 star review. I would not recommend this item without purchasing the extended warranty coverage.

I’ve had it with this thing! I have dozens of DeWalt tools, but this is the worst! It will NOT turn off – no matter what I do, and this has been a problem since Day1. I’ve tried to ignore it, but every time I go to use this thing, it’s dead. What good is an emergency jump pack if it’s always dead? Very unlike DeWalt to design a product like this. I had bought several jump packs at Costco but each one died prematurely so I decided to up my game and just buy a DeWalt – clearly a bad decision.
