My wife is thrilled with this item because I have not quit using it every day! It gets the job done with ease and is super easy to take care of. The roller is easily removed for cleaning without tools. We have a German Shepherd that tracks mud into the house every time he goes outside and cleaning it up has never been so easy.

I need a new one! I used it 6 times now the water leaked and makes this loud noise! How can I return

Love at first sight I like how he helps me mom full time

I was very disappointed with this product, I do regret buying it

I have two dogs and hard wood floors throughout the home. I put it through the paces and the scent of the cleaner is an enhancement bonus as well.

Before and after of my floors! The floor by my back door is always the worst because it’s where my Labrador comes in from playing outside and getting dirty. Mopping kills my back lately as I am pregnant so I ordered this vacuum and I am SO happy that I did! It got all of this dirt and hair up AFTER I swept! Easy to use. Easy to clean.

It is easy to use and works great. My husbands gift for my birthday. He was trying to make it easier for me to so the floors since I am 74. Well, it a very good item. Easily vacuums and mops and cleans so we’ll. Buy it!

Bought this for my wife she’s been asking for something like this for months. Only to find out it leaks everywhere after it runs and doesn’t really do a great job really disappointed.

Two years. And its broken. Some part for roller, just done.

I highly recommend this floor cleaner. We recently replaced all of the flooring in our 2400 square foot home and at the end of the project I was totally daunted by how I was going to keep all of this flooring clean. A relative of ours recommended the Bissell Cross wave which I promptly ordered and have solved my floor cleaning dilemma. It is so simply to use and does a fabulous job, no more buckets, mops, or two or more cleaning activities. I would encourage and say once again, get it you will not regret the purchase!!!
