The next day I jumped it again and got to the mechanic. It was the alternator!! I hate bothering people and this just made me feel so much safer. This thing has saved my ass soo many times, just clamp it on and the car starts right up, even on an almost dead battery. I used this constantly for an entire year to keep my minivan running, even though my battery could barely hold a charge. This was a lifesaver while I saved up for the ridiculously expensive $250 battery that my minivan uses. I keep this on hand at all times.

Failed before I needed it.
I bought this February of 2023. I charged it up, tested it, and put it in my truck. I subsequently forgot about it. I don’t drive the truck all the time. I got in my truck and heard a high pitched whine. It was coming from this jump pack. The reverse cable warning light is dimly lit. I plug the charging cable into it and the whine doubles in volume. The screen goes through it’s self check and then goes out and unit is totally inoperative. I can’t figure out how to reset it. I read in a manual online there is a way to reset it. It has a 2 year warranty that is over next month. Might just take it to the dump. They take old electronics. I put it in my garage on the floor, away from anything. In case it wants to ignite or something.

I was surprised at how easy and well this works. Bought it for a backup for spare car that does not get driven much. Had to use it this weekend when main car had a flat and had to take other care. Battery was dead and it was 13 degrees outside with ice on car. Hooked it up and interior light came on bright. When to start car and it turned right over with no issue using on 3 percent of charge on unit. Will be buying another one for my main vehicle. Highly recommend.

Will not USB charge. Dead battery, stuck at 0%.
The media could not be loaded. I sat on this for a while as I bought it long before giving it out as a gift for my mom. Every time it I plug it in, with multiple cables and charge sources it does the same thing. The light turns on, shows 0% charge, then turns itself off a few seconds later, stays at 0%. Therefore the product doesn’t work, dead on arrival. Haven’t used it once. Looking to get another or different one, hopefully refunded or replaced. Unfortunately the nature of it being a gift, going to make me run around like a chore to deal with it I don’t want.

These portable jumpers are a BEAST! I’m happy with the size as my old jumpers were big, bulky, heavy, and took up too much valuable space in my vehicle. When my car battery was going out on me I was able to jump my vehicle 4 times and only used 3% of its battery life! It’s a huge bonus that I’m able to use it to charge my cell phone and other devices if we lose power at home!!! I do wish that the buttons were covered by a flip door or something because occasionally one of my kids will step on it in the car if it’s gotten moved from its spot and the flashlight or blinking light will turn on and run down the battery if I don’t notice right away, so I just try to make sure it stays where I put it.

Winter and a dead battery, used this per instructions and it didn’t jump it. Honda hrv so not even a big battery. I had a cheaper jumper that worked better but I lost the charge cord. This has a good design but didn’t work unfortunately.

I’ve owned 2 other car jumper (by other brands) and when I needed them to work, they were dead! I decided to keep this one in the house for a week to see if the charge would deplete, and it didn’t, so I’ll now move it to my car. Hopefully, it will continue to hold a charge. I understand I must recharge these things periodically because they all drain “slowly”, but that shouldn’t happen within 2 weeks.

Looks Good, Except For One Thing
Received my jump starter today. It looks complete and, hopefully will work as advertised. However, the videos I saw of the product showed it stored in a Velcro case. It came with a cloth bag. The case was one of the things that drew me to this product. I was disappointed.

Worked as expected
The media could not be loaded. Dead battery after a long cold holiday weekend. Battery was only 6 months old but it had failed 3 times in this cold Midwest winter. This time, I didn’t call for roadside assistance and decided to get a portable jump starter myself. I wanted it NOW so I went to Amazon, looked for a same day delivery, and got this. Battery came with 80% charged, clear instruction, reasonable priced, worked as expected. Power button seemed a bit delay when pressing. It took about 5 seconds to turn the power to see the % charge. I did like the digital screen so that I would know when to charge the unit. I left the starter in my car at 91% charged and will update later.

I haven’t used this jump starter yet. I charged it today. I found the instructions very easy to follow. The jump starter looks to be of very good quality. The charger includes all the needed accessories, wall charger, USB A to USB C charging cable., battery cables and a carry bag. The charger has lots of different connection types, not only does it jump start your car but you can use it to charge a phone or a laptop computer. This charger senses the connected device and automatically adjusts to the type of device needing charged.
