I feel you! It can be a hassle. One trick is to use the existing wire channels or grommets in your vehicle. If you can find a way to slip the wire through those without removing too much, it can save a lot of time. Just be careful not to pinch any wires!

Absolutely! Off-road setups can get a bit more complex, so that’s a great idea for a future article. We’ll cover some extra tips and tricks specifically for those rugged rides!

The KFI switch is a solid choice! It's weather-resistant and has a nice look to it. If you're looking for something even simpler, you might also consider a toggle switch from Nilight, which is pretty straightforward to install. Both are great options!

Can anyone recommend a good switch for these light bars? I want something durable and easy to install. I was looking at the KFI Products Switch. Is it worth it?

Just finished my installation, and I’m stoked! I used a 30-inch Auxbeam light bar, and it looks amazing on my Jeep. The guide made everything so easy, and now I can see everything at night. Thanks for putting this together!

Great point! The fuse should always be placed close to the battery to protect the wiring from any potential shorts. It’s the best practice to ensure safety. If you have a switch farther down the line, you can still fuse near the battery and then run the wire safely to the switch.

I’ve read conflicting info about fuse protection. Some say to put the fuse close to the battery; others say it should be near the switch. What’s the right way?
